At the close, we provide a written summary of what we discussed and lay out the options that appear open to you, without any pressure to proceed in a particular direction.

Do I need to have decided on a course of action before I come?

Not at all. Many of our clients come to a first appointment precisely because they are unsure what their options are. The appointment is designed for that stage — to help you understand what the law provides and what choices are realistically available in your situation.
